Meet Emma…
Emma is one-half of the Longstaff’s duo who run the bakery. As well as assisting the bakers in prepping the baked treats, you’ll also find Emma behind the counter, serving.
Meet Dave…
Dave is the other half of the Longstaff’s duo who run the bakery. As head baker, he’s in the bakery bright and early making sure the shop is filled with freshly baked goodies.

Our bakery wouldn’t be able to operate without the wider Longstaff’s team – they’re like our family. Whether they’re prepping, keeping the shelves stocked up or serving our lovely customers, they work hard from shop open to shop close!
